At One Florist, we take pride in crafting every bouquet with love and care. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here's our policy on cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund, as preparation would have begun.

2. Same-Day Orders

  • For same-day flower delivery orders, we do not accept cancellations or refunds once payment is made, as our team will start preparing your bouquet immediately.

3. Delivery Issues

We ensure that every order is packed securely and delivered on time. However:

  • If your bouquet arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly send a clear photo of the item received and your order number to oneflorist.my@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.

  • After review, we may offer a partial refund, a replacement bouquet, or store credit depending on the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the customisation of our products:

  • Change of mind is not eligible for a refund after the item has been created.

  • Sale items and custom bouquets are also non-refundable.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
