2. Orders & Payment
All orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Payments can be made via the available methods during checkout.
Same-day orders must be placed before the cut-off time shown on our homepage.
3. Delivery & Self-Pickup
Deliveries are available within Kuala Lumpur & selected Selangor areas.
Delivery charges apply based on distance.
Please ensure accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
For self-pickup, please collect within the selected time slot.
4. Product Availability & Substitution
Flowers are seasonal. We may substitute flowers of similar value and color tone when necessary.
Product photos are for reference only. Slight variations may occur due to natural flower characteristics.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
